Pakon announced today that it has chosen LifePics as an online imaging destination on their popular Impak high-speed film scanners. Along with the capabilities of writing private branded CDs and offering customized sleeving and proofing, the Impak scanners will now have an option to upload to dealers' private branded web sites, provided by LifePics.
Through April 30th 2001, existing Impak customers and customers that purchase a new Impak film scanner can sign-up to receive their online imaging web site created for free. A $10,000.00 value, LifePics will build a complete turnkey solution to each Impak scanner owner to allow for the most comprehensive private branded online imaging services to be offered by any photofinisher. Dealers will be able to upload their customers' film to their private branded web site, and offer image viewing, album creating, album sharing, image fulfillment, and archiving services.
