LifePics Enhances Management Team, Adds Software and Internet Industry Veterans

Boulder, CO, September 8th, 2004

LifePics announced the addition of Rick Patch as the new President and CEO and Ken McDonald as Vice President of Marketing and Operations. Founder and previous President Vahe Christianian will continue to serve on LifePics' board of directors and as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

"Rick and Ken exemplify the mission of LifePics and add an amazing depth to our management team," expressed Vahe. "Our dealers will benefit most from this change - we plan to leverage the team's experience to drive increasing amounts of business through our dealer network."

"The Photo Marketing Association is predicting that 58 million digital cameras will be sold worldwide in 2004 and that local labs will become the dominant place where consumers print their digital photos. We are positioning LifePics to be the premier online digital photo service that works with local labs," said Rick Patch. "We plan to grow our dealer network and continue to significantly increase the number of orders flowing through our network."
